Yadanar’s installation works focus on public intervention, community, history, and culture, reflecting the socio-political complexities of Myanmar. Decades of dictatorship have obscured the country’s rich cultural heritage from the world, and her work seeks to bridge that gap. Through personal and collective narratives, she explores deep psychological connections, identity, and memory.
